Web Survey Bibliography
This article reports on mixed-mode methods of data collection in cross-national surveys on social attitudes. The article discusses the European Social Survey (ESS) questionnaire and how it reflects attitudes in 30 European countries. The article describes the ESS as consisting of a core section and two rotating modules on topics such as media consumption, social trust, well-being, and attitudes towards welfare and immigration. Information is also provided on phone and face-to-face interviews, as well as respondents' attitudes.
